Our Headquarter Company Ningbo Tech-inno Health Industry Co., Ltd participated in the formulation of the national standard "General Technical Requirements for Digital Food Factories," leveraging its practical experience to support the industry's intelligent upgrade.

TECH-INNO Health, together with several other companies and insititude such as China National Institute of Standardization, COFCO Group Co., Ltd., Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., Beijing Technology and Business University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dongpeng Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. in the industry, participated in drafting the national standard "General Technical Requirements for Digital Food Factories." The formulation of this standard will promote the development of general technical specifications for digital factories in the food industry, providing clear practical guidance for the intelligent and digital transformation of domestic food companies and driving the overall high-quality development of the industry.
As a crucial technical support for the digital transformation of the food industry, the national standard "General Technical Requirements for Digital Food Factories" focuses on the industry's pain points, covering a technical specification system encompassing the entire lifecycle of food production. The standard comprehensively covers core aspects of digital food factories, including production technology optimization, intelligent storage and transportation management, full-process data governance, and digital traceability systems. It clarifies the technical indicators, implementation requirements, and evaluation standards for each aspect, providing a practical and scalable operational blueprint for food companies to improve their digital capabilities.
The improvement of enterprises' digitalization level not only promotes their own transformation from "traditional manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing," but also accelerates the digital collaboration of the food industry chain, helping the industry as a whole overcome constraints in terms of production capacity efficiency, quality and safety, and resource utilization, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the food industry.
TECH-INNO Health has been deeply involved in the nutrition and health field for many years and understands the pain points faced by the food industry in its digital transformation process, such as inconsistent technologies, non-standardized processes, and difficulties in implementation. In participating in the standard setting, the company leverages its practical experience in R&D and intelligent manufacturing to integrate effective practices and technological accumulation from actual operations into the standard content, providing the industry with referable and implementable solutions.
Over the past decade, TECH-INNO Health has gradually built a comprehensive intelligent system system centered on "R&D - Production - Quality," and established a digital and intelligent platform covering all business processes, including professional systems such as PLM (Product Lifecycle Management System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System), achieving interconnectivity and efficient collaboration of data across all stages.
This participation in the national standard setting is an important manifestation of TECH-INNO Health's commitment to industry responsibility.
In the future, the company will continue to leverage its practical advantages in R&D and intelligent manufacturing, actively share its digital application experience, and work with industry partners to promote the implementation of standards, helping more food companies achieve intelligent upgrades and jointly promoting the digital and standardized development of China's food industry.
