Introduction of Small Nettle Extract
The Small Nettle is also called European Nettle , European Nettle Extract divided into four monomeric compounds of potassium nitrate, β-sitosterol, benzoic acid and nettle of yerba mate. The whole herb of Urtica dioica (U cannabina L.) contains chlorophyll, tannin, vanillin, anthranilic acid, butyric acid, hydrastine, vitamins and carotene nettle.
The whole herb of European Nettle contains quercetin-3-o glucoside, kaempferol-3-o rutinoside, isorhamnetin-3-o glucoside, quercetin-3-o-rutinoside and other flavonoids, lignans and proteins, chlorophyll, lutein, dousterol, β-sitosterol, carotene nettle. European Nettle Extract contain a large amount of protein, accounting for 23% to 27% of the dry weight, containing all the essential amino acids for humans.European Nettle Extract contain choline acetate, 5-hydroxyaniline, histamine nettle components; the root also contains scopolamine lactone, β-sitosteric acid, glutathiol 3-o-β-D-glucoside, lignan and phenol glycosides, polysaccharides and a rare plant lectin - nettle lectin (UDA), the above-ground part contains citric acid, glyceric acid, phosphoric acid, quinic acid, threonine, nicotinic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, yohimbic acid, caffeic acid, oxalic acid, galacturonic acid, ferulic acid, erucic acid, caffeoylmalic acid, acetylcholine, chlorophyll, vitamins, carotenoids, and fatty acids, The flowers contain β-sitosterol, carotene, scopole, and isorhamnetin-3-o-glucoside. Isorhamnetin-rutinoside, quercetin-3-o-glucoside, kaempferol-3-o-glucoside and kaempferol, isorhamnetin, quercetin nettle a variety of flavonoids. The fruit contains linoleic acid, oleic acid and linolenic acid nettle. The European Nettle Extract polysaccharides were subjected to ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration, and four polysaccharides were identified. European Nettle Extract was further analyzed and found to contain 89 amino acids, to be extremely stable to acids, and to remain 50% active after boiling in water for 15 min. The whole herb also contains inorganic elements such as calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and iron.
