| Description | Astragalus Extract has many chemical components, mainly containing saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharides and amino acids and other components. Saponins in Astragalus Extract and its close relatives isolated more than 40 kinds of triterpene saponins, the structure of the tetracyclic triterpene and pentacyclic triterpene glycosides, glycoside sugars are mostly glucose, galactose, rhamnose, mostly connected to the 3,6 position of the glycoside element. Some glycosides are acetylated by some hydroxyl groups, and astragaloside I and astragaloside II are isolated from Astragalus membranaceus. In Astragalus membranaceus, there are Acetytastragaloside I, Astragalo side I to VIII, Isoastragaloside I to II, Atramembrannin, Cycloastragenol ( Cyclosiversigenin) and soybean saponin (ISoyasaponin); membrane pod astragaloside dull plant Mongolia astragalus has astragaloside, I, W and soybean saponin. Astragalus contains flavonoids mainly for flavonoids. Isoflavones, dihydroflavonoids, mainly include kaempferol, quercetin, isorhamnetin, rhamnetin citrin, arbutin, sesquiterpene, mullein isoflavones (calycosm), mancoflavin (for mononetm) 2',4'-dihydroxy-5,6-dimethoxy-flavan (2 ',4'-dihydroxv-5,6-dimethoxvisoflavane)L-3-hydroxy-9-methoxypterocarpan-(L-3-hydroxv-9-methoxypterocarpan) and its glycosides. The sugars of the glycosides are mostly glucose and rhamnose, and rhamnocitrin 3-glucoside and quercetin 3-glucoside were isolated from the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus. The organic acids of Astragalus Extract are mainly vanillic acid, ferulic acid, isoferulic acid, p-hydroxyphenyl acrylic acid, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid and palmitic acid. Trace elements Astragalus contains large amounts of iron, manganese, zinc and rubidium, and is also reported to be rich in selenium. | ||

A: The extract is a concentrated powder form of raw material. The herb extract's procedure flow is wash, extraction, concentration, purification, drying, grinding, sieving, package. The herb powder is just a powder form of the herb. The procedure flow is wash, drying, grinding, sieving, package.
Q2: What's the extract solvent used in the procedure?
A: The extract solvent is always depending on the active ingredient in the raw material, regulation and customers' requirement. The solvents mostly used for extraction are water and ethanol. Even the solvent other than water used in the procedure, the solvent residue in the extract product also can conform with ICH Q3CR5.
Q3: Is there any other ingredient used in the product?
A: It depends. For product which is hard to be dried, we need to add some maltodextrin into the extraction solution before drying. The maltodextrin we used is food-class carrier, from non-GMO corn. We can share customer with the ingredient composition table.
Q4: How to make sure the quality of the product?
A: Firstly, every batch finish product must be tested and qualified before delivery. We can send a specification sheet or CoA for confirmation. The HPLC chromatography graph also can be provided. Secondly, we can provide pre-ship sample to customer for quality confirmation.
